At LOHAS LED, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Full Refund (Merchant Responsibility): If the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a full refund. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by LOHAS LED.
Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Refundable Situations: Returns requested more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
